Joining is easy

We have worked hard to make it really easy for you to join Bluline. There is no medical examination, no awkward questions and minimal form filling. If you do have any questions our friendly administrators are here to help.

Option 1 -

Online application

Complete and submit form fields below (name, email and force) to request a link to an online application/direct debit form. We’ll email you a link so you can complete, sign, and submit your online application. We’ll ensure everything is in order and process your application. You’ll receive a welcome pack with a benefit schedule and other essential documents.

Option 2 -

Print and post your application

Download and print off an application/direct debit form. Complete both forms and post to:
